Short Answer:
We currently don’t offer template customization or create custom templates on request.
Why Not?
Our team is small, and we pour a lot of time into designing, testing, and improving the ready-made templates you see in our shop. Building a custom template — especially one tailored to a specific business — takes hours (sometimes days) of work.
Because of the limited time and manpower, offering 1-on-1 customization or custom builds would pull our attention away from:
Maintaining our existing templates
Supporting our customers
Developing new templates for everyone
To keep the quality high and our support fast, we’re unable to take on individual custom projects at this time.
What We Can Help With:
Even though we don’t customize templates or create custom ones from scratch, we’d still love to support you through:
Helping you understand how each template works
Guiding you to the best template for your needs
Troubleshooting any errors
Suggesting simple edits you can apply on your own
Recommending which sections you can modify inside the template
Our templates are purposely built to be flexible and beginner-friendly so you can still adjust them to your workflow.
Will You Offer Custom Work in the Future?
We’re exploring this idea, but not anytime soon.
For now, customer feedback helps shape our upcoming templates — so if you have a feature or template idea, we definitely want to hear it! It helps us prioritize what to build next.
